Dear Friends

It has been a few months since we have sent a newsletter to you as we have experienced computer difficulties necessitating changing computer systems. We apologise for delays in any replies but now that we have the new system we are working our way through the backlog of emails still waiting for our attention. We thank you for all of your wonderful emails full of enthusiasm and support.

As Tony explains above, many of us now feel a more positive energy is changing things around the world, despite what we hear. Tony feels that we are at a point of great transformation and this transformation not only encompasses the obvious but also the very deep paradigms and belief systems that we have inherited as a society and as individuals within this society. As we change together we realize that love is what binds our humanity to create a future that is more humane, more compassionate and full of acts of kindness.

To support this wonderful transformation Tony welcomes you to the below programmes and asks everyone to also remember to practise random acts of kindness in their daily actions.

For example, a simple smile can change someone’s day for the better and kind words can help open someone’s feelings to again feel nurtured and loved.
